Steps to Care

1.

INITIAL CALL

Once we’ve received your information, we will have a short phone call to answer any questions you may have and then' we'll set up a time to meet in person at your home.

2.

IN-HOME CARE ASSESSMENT

One of our Registered Nurses will visit you at your home and answer all your questions, and we'll ask some of our own to develop a Care Plan customized to your unique needs.

3.

START OF CARE

We will come with our Caregiver on the first day of care to go through the Care Plan together and help with introductions.

4.

CLIENT VISITS

Once we have begun care, we will often stop by at the times our Caregiver is there to see how things are going and to determine if we need to adjust the Care Plan.

Is In Home Health or Personal Care Services right for me at this time?

If you have urgent caregiver needs, you need someone you can trust. That's where we come in. If you or a loved one is dealing with declining health, we'll create a comprehensive plan where all your medical needs can be met from the comfort and privacy of your home. If you are currently caring for your loved one, rest assured that our Caregivers will provide the same level of love, attention, and care when you or your loved one need it most.

Are your Caregivers insured?

Absolutely! All of our Caregivers are insured and required to undergo a thorough background check. They are also properly screened to ensure your loved one and their homes are fully protected.

Are your Caregivers trained to handle the unique challenges of my situation?

You bet they are! Our Caregivers are trained to handle pretty much anything. We provide initial and ongoing training to make sure they are always fully prepared to care for their clients. We provide an intensive in-house training program to make sure they are providing the highest quality of in home care. We adhere to the Home Health Professional Code of Ethics and all of our services are supervised by Registered Nurses in the state where you live.
